A man was arrested at the Brass Rail Bar and Grill in Redway after allegedly assaulting another person with a taser. According to witnesses, 38-year-old Nicholas Alexander Sarkozy fired a taser at a 44-year-old victim during a verbal confrontation outside the bar. The victim sustained a puncture wound from one of the taser probes and was treated at the scene before being released.
Nicholas Alexander Sarkozy was taken into custody for assault with a stun gun, public intoxication, and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility.
