On Friday, Feb. 28, former Fortuna Union High School standout Cole Ayala’s current college team, the Montana State Billings Yellowjackets, lost 17-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Colorado Mesa Mavericks.

The game took place at The Diamond at The Bus Bergman Sports Complex. This was their third matchup against the Mavericks this season.

The Yellowjackets’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 12 p.m. at The Diamond at The Bus Bergman Sports Complex against Colorado Mesa Mavericks.
