Fortuna Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, LP had the highest capacity in Humboldt County during the quarter, with 104 beds available.

By the end of the first quarter of 2026, Eureka Rehabilitation & Wellness Center, LP had incurred one penalty and paid $8,416 in fines.
