Humboldt State’s Brandon Bento-Jackson to play as No. 8 seed in Division II NCAA basketball tournament

Brandon Bento-Jackson, a former Arcata High School athlete now playing for the Humboldt State Lumberjacks, is set to participate in the Division II NCAA Basketball Tournament.

The Lumberjacks are the No. 8 seed and will open the tournament facing the top-seeded Cal State East Bay Pioneers.

The opening game takes place Friday, March 13, at 7:30 p.m. in the Pioneer Gymnasium.
