The next day, on April 23, Huffman highlighted the value of National Marine Sanctuaries, noting their significance for both conservation and coastal economies. He announced a bipartisan effort by relaunching the National Marine Sanctuary Caucus, collaborating with @RepJackBergman in this initiative.
Jared Huffman, 59, born in Independence, Missouri, and residing in San Rafael, holds a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a JD from Boston College. Before Congress, he served in the California State Assembly from 2006 to 2012.
