On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Arcata High School standout Merek Sears’ current college team, the UT Arlington Mavericks, won 7-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UTSA Roadrunners.
The game took place at Clay Gould Ballpark. This was their second matchup against the Roadrunners this season.
The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 1 p.m. at Clay Gould Ballpark against UTSA Roadrunners.
