Census Bureau reports Scotia CDP population was 490 in 2020

Scotia, a census-designated place in Centre County, had a population of 490 people in 2020, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Redwood Empire News.

The median age was 32, with 42.9 percent of the total population being female and 57.1 percent male.

The state's total population in 2020 was 39,346,023.
