South Bay Union Elementary School District's schools enrolled 421 students in the 2022-23 school year, 6.9% less than the previous year, according to the California Department of Education.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 50.4% of them were girls, and 49.4% were boys.

The most represented ethnicity among South Bay Union Elementary School District students was white, accounting for 49.2% of the student population.

South Bay Union Elementary School District covers three schools within Humboldt County with its main office in Eureka.

Among the three schools in South Bay Union Elementary School District, Pine Hill Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 221 students in the 2022-23 school year.
