The Humboldt County Sheriff's Office is seeking assistance from the public in locating Marian Robinson, a 22-year-old resident of Scotia. Her disappearance is currently under investigation, with circumstances yet to be determined.
Marian was reported missing by a family member on February 3 at approximately 6:20 p.m. She had not returned from Loleta as expected. The last confirmed sighting of Marian was on January 29 by an employee at the Humboldt Bay Inn. This employee contacted the Eureka Police Department for a welfare check; however, Marian left the area on foot heading north before law enforcement could arrive.
In response to her disappearance, a Feather Alert has been requested by the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office and approved by the California Highway Patrol. Marian Robinson is described as a Native American female, standing 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 110 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes and is known to frequently wear a hoodie and leggings. Marian is affiliated with the Bear River Band of Rohnerville Rancheria.
